RETURN Policy:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. 

ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH THE ONLINE PORTAL - we can not accept any returns or exchanges that have not been sent back via the pre-paid Aus post label.

To be eligible for a exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging  ALL ORDERS ARE HAND PICKED AND PRODUCT CHECKED PRIOR TO POSTING
 

Exchanges & Returns 
To exchange or return a product please follow the steps within your customer account portal.

We will not accept exchanges on sale items.

We do not issue refunds. Store credit only

Store Credit 
Store Credit is given to customers who have change their mind or purchased the incorrect size and we no longer have that size in stock. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Refunds will not be given if customer has changed their mind on item or purchased the incorrect size. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size was sent, or we will issue store credit if a replacement is not warranted. If returning a mix of discounted and non-discounted items the discounted item will be given as store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund in 7 business days, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
